The simplified version (Popular version) of the Third National Five Year National Development Plan (2021/22-2025/26) overall purpose is to promote effective participation of stakeholders in implementation of the Plan by fostering public awareness and understanding. Specifically, it intends to: raise public awareness and ownership of the Third National Five Year National Development Plan (2021/22-2025/26); mobilize stakeholders to fulfil their roles and participate more effectively in the implementation of the plan; assist stakeholders in identifying opportunities availed by the plan and utilize them; and enhance accountability through public monitoring as a tool for accountability.
